The service technician came out earlier and identified the problem with my appliance promptly. I was fortunate that he is reliable in fixing my oven that was overheating. He just fixed the problem within an hour. I was so happy with the result. My appliance was fixed excellently and was working back to normal. It's a five-star rating all the way!

They were excellent to deal with and had good communication throughout! We had a technician come out from this appliance repair company to fix our cooktop that was not igniting a few days ago. He is exceptional, polite, responsible, and was able to fix it in less than a couple of hour. He even texted me in advance to let me know that he was on his way. I strongly recommend this appliance repair company and its technicians!

It was a great experience working with your technician! The technician you sent showed up on time and fixed my refrigerator that was not cooling in a dandy way.
