What is your primary product or service?
Embroidery, Screen Printing, Promotional Produsts, Trophies and Awards Retail Store
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was always in sales and worked a lot of trade shows where we used the products we are now selling. Became an expert in helping others look good infront of their customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer a full service from a retail store enviornment where people can come and see what they are buying and not hope their online sale is correct or coming.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We current have one location at 15231 N. Dale Mabry, Tampa FL 33618 and are currently looking to expand.

We are located at the Northeast corner of Dale Mabry Hwy and Bearss Ave. We are at the north end of the plaza which also has a Publix and Wal-Mart.
What type of payments do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Money Orders and Approved Checks
Which areas do you service?
We service mainly all of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and surrounding counties. We have customers all over by using UPS and FedEx for shipping.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our store is owned and operated by Candy Mitchell
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 9:30 to 6:30, Saturday 9:30 to 2:00 Closed on Sunday to go to Church and due laundry
