How long have you been in business?
The owners of the company have been in the marketing and Tampa Bay real estate business since the 80s. Our company, Suncoast Key Real Estate Services, Inc. was conceived in 2007 when the real estate market began to change here in Florida. We envisioned at that time that there would be a shift in the housing market fundamentals and an emphasis on rental properties would be advisable for the long term. We marshaled our talents and efforts to create a Tampa Bay based Property management company that would meet the needs of 21st century rental property owners.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in residential Tampa Bay Property Management. We market and manage single family homes, condos, townhomes, villas and waterfront properties in the greater Tampa Bay region for rental home owners. We also do leasing only for Tampa Bay rental property owners who feel they can take care of the maintenance and accounting demands on their own.For those who would rather not have those headaches, we offer a simple, low fee to manage their rental properties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I think all of us have always been interested in real estate. We all moved to the Tampa Bay area from somewhere else because we feel in love with the area and the people. The Tampa Bay area has a much different vibe than the East Coast. We started out as property owners, real estate agents, real estate appraisers and real estate investors and marketers. Our love of the area and business grew as we raised our families in the are. Our decades here have allowed us to learn the area, the market and helps us stay ahead of coming trends.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our Tampa Bay base property management company is different because we successfully marry the traditional with the technical. We offer our clients personalized attention and cutting-edge technologies so they can stay on top of their properties online, 24/7. We are rental property owners as well and understand the value these unit have in their financial lives and treat them and their occupants accordingly. We place a premium on treating everybody well, not just the rental owners; this keep their tenants in their units longer and helps them get better care from our superior list of vendors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Great question. We do not plan to expand outside of the greater Tampa Bay area. We are the experts in the region and want to continue to remain the experts. If we were to expand to regions of the state or country we do not have that expertise, we feel our level of service would falter. We thought about that when we established the company name. All involved agreed that we should be called Suncoast Key so people would realize that we were their "key" to property management success here in the Suncoast.

Our offices are centrally located in the heart of the Tampa Bay area. We are located at 6601 Memorial Hwy, Suite 213, Tampa, Fl. 33615. We are just south of Hillsborough Ave on Memorial (on the east side). We are seconds from most of the major roads which allows us to service properties throughout the suncoast. We also meet prospective client at their place to make life easier for them.
What type of payments do you accept?
We now are offering to receive tenants rents via ACH; which means faster rental owner payments.
Which areas do you service?
he entire greater Tampa Bay area including the counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk & Manatee
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Daily operations are run by the principle owners, Richard & Andrea Rogers and Beth Deufel.
What are your hours of operation?
We really are never closed. If there is an emergency we are available 24/7. Our "normal hours of operation are 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-3pm Sat.
