How long have you been in business?
Bark Busters has been in business since 1989 and has successfully trained over 1,000,000 dogs. Cathy and I have been in the Tampa area helping people with their dogs since 2003. We have helped over 2000 dogs during this time.
What is your primary product or service?
Our main service is helping people teach their dogs how to fit into their lives. Dogs have their own way of looking at the world and their own style of communicating which are different from how people view things. Understanding is an important aspect of developing great relationships based on mutual love, respect and trust.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We both come from customer service backgrounds and we had very stressful jobs. When people are not getting along with their dog(s) they are often stressed and usually the dogs are too. We love helping people reduce the stress in their lives.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a unique all natural process which is extremely quick and effective. Because our system is based on how dogs would naturally teach each other they instinctively understand it. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Cathy and Jeff Drier own and do all the trainings in the Tampa Office. They are both Master Dog Behavioral Therapists and Trainers. Jeff is also the US assistant to Bark Busters International Head Trainer. He regularly helps other Bark Busters Trainers with difficult cases.
