First Choice Moving and Storage has been proudly serving our community for over 10 years, since 2005.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is assisting with the relocation of our customer's home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We first became interested in building a professional moving service during the time my husband worked for a local moving company. After learning the ins and outs and recognizing the do's and don'ts, we knew there was room for great improvement and a different modality that we could incorporate into the moving industry. We had some personal moving experiences that were not ideal and became passionate about creating a positive moving experience for the people in our community.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe that First Choice Moving and Storage differentiates ourselves with the genuine level of commitment to our customers. We are inspired by successfully completing the relocation process to the best of our abilities in order to meet the needs of our customers. Our standards are always upheld on a personal level and practiced every day in ways of accountability, honesty, integrity and results. Our family friendly approach is important to us and we honor our customers by keeping pricing fair, hiring movers that are true tradesmen in their field and providing a wonderful customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
First Choice Moving is located in Tampa, FL and plans for expansion is in the near future.
