How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in risk management and helping individuals secure the protection they need to manage any suffered loss that may occur.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I think my office provides excellent customer service. We strive to be accurate and efficient and to provide professional service at all times. Answering questions and pointing out potential areas of concern. We want to make sure our customers needs are met at the time of a loss. Afterall, that is why they buy insurance.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have two offices, on in Brandon and one in Ruskin.

My Brandon office is 1/4 mile south of Lumsden on Kings Ave inside the Kings Ave Executive Park which is located on the east side of Kings. We are the 4th building on the right., 1767 S Kings Ave.
My Ruskin office is located at 837 Cypress Village Blvd which is the first traffic light east of I-75. Turn north on Cypress Village Blvd.. If you stay in the right hand lane, when it runs out you will be directly in front of my building.

We accept checks, money orders and debit/credit cards.

We can insure anyone located in Florida.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Debbie Bates who is an agent and the agency principal.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Other times available by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A referral. We enjoy hearing our customers say they never understood insurance or a particular coverage because it was never explained to them before. We like to make sure our customers know what they are purchasing.
