How long have you been in business?
Palmieri Law has existed since 2003. I have practiced since 1990, first as a prosecutor for the Pinellas State Attorney's Office, the Office of Statewide Prosecution and the Hillsborough State Attorney's Office. I am Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by The Florida Bar since 2000 and am AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
What is your primary product or service?
I represent criminal defendants in state and federal court.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in criminal law in law school while taking a prosecution clinic. I then prosecuted for the State of Florida for 12 years before opening my own defense practice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have differentiated myself from other attorneys in the area because of my diverse prosecutorial background, my board certification and 100% criminal defense practice since 2003.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one office conveniently located in the northwest area of Tampa in Westchase. We have free, ample parking and a comfortable, private atmosphere to discuss each client's situation.

We are located in northwest Tampa on Linebaugh Avenue near the intersection of Linebaugh and Racetrack Road in the Westchase Commons Office park.

We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We offer payment plans.
Which areas do you service?
I serve all of the Tampa Bay area and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida in federal court.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do.
What are your hours of operation?
The office is open 8-5 Monday through Friday, but I am available 27/7 by phone to speak to clients.
