LOL..... we are right at the junction of the North end of Dale Mabry and the North end of US 41 (Land O' Lakes Boulevard) in South Central Pasco County. !5 miles due North of downtown Tampa. The best way to find us is on our website though, which is the same as our phone number - 9496444 - with a www in front and a .com behind. Oh, and in case you can't figure it out from the our phone number is 813-949-6444.... 24/7/365 ..... after business hours we will get a transcribed email of your voice message.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
That's two different things. Our Broker (Sue Larreau) is a long-time personal friend, but my wife and I run our Lutz office day-to-day.
What are your hours of operation?
We are only open when we are open. This is pretty much a virtual business these days.... we are always open if you call 813-949-6444 or email us or visit our website. The office is there for meetings and closes for all of our licensed subcontractors. Like an executive office for Real Estate associates.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I never bothered them with a solicitation phone call.
